A 3-Day Teacher Training Intensive with Christina Sell and Noah Maze
Join internationally respected yoga educators Christina Sell and Noah Mazé for a dynamic 12-hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training Intensive exploring fresh perspectives on alignment, anatomy, biomechanics, and healthy movement.
Designed for yoga teachers, teacher trainees, and dedicated practitioners, this three-day intensive will deepen your understanding of how the body moves and how the principles of alignment can support greater strength, stability, mobility, resilience, and freedom.
Through an engaging combination of asana practice, anatomy, demonstration, discussion, and practical exploration, participants will investigate healthy movement across all major categories of poses, including standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, balancing poses, inversions, and arm balances.
Together, Christina and Noah will explore the Universal Principles of Alignment® through a contemporary lens, examining how foundational Anusara teachings can work alongside current understandings of functional anatomy, biomechanics, movement variability, and the uniqueness of individual bodies.
You will gain practical tools to:
Deepen your understanding of alignment and healthy movement
Explore anatomy and biomechanics as they apply directly to yoga practice
Apply the Universal Principles of Alignment® across a wide range of poses
Develop greater strength, mobility, stability, and resilience
Recognize common movement patterns and compensations
Offer alignment guidance that supports exploration and embodied understanding
Adapt practices for different bodies and levels of experience
Rather than searching for one “perfect” shape in every pose, this training invites a deeper exploration of how alignment can become intelligent, responsive, and adaptable.
Whether you are looking to elevate your teaching, refresh your understanding of anatomy and alignment, or bring new depth to your personal practice, this intensive offers an inspiring opportunity to study with two of today’s most experienced and insightful Anusara Yoga educators.
