Vendor Market Place Opportunities

Want to offer your products to a captive audience at the Yoga Conference in San Francisco We are looking for like-minded partners to work with. Vendors of clothing, jewelry, yoga equipment and others apply below.

Yoga Conference Dates: April 30 – May 3 – 2026

Location: Kabuki Hotel – 1625 Post St, San Francisco

Days/Hours: (hours are flexible, some vendors stay open late)

  • Thursday: 12pm - 7pm

  • Friday: Saturday: 9am - 7pm

  • Sunday: 9am-2pm.

Vendor Space: 10’x10’ or 5’ X 5’ Space

Load In/Out: Thursday, 8am-12pm & Sunday 2-6pm.

Foot Traffic: Vending is open to the public with 1000+ people Friday-Sunday. Thursday is slower, around 200 expected. Foot traffic includes ticket holders and non-conference goers from the Bay Area.

Price: $1000 for booth space (10 x 10 F) $750 for table space. ( 5 x 5 F)
